Update on Rain

Happy Rain - eating well. Pups are eating well and they are vocal when they can't find mom. She is amazing! The pups are actually too!

Pups Are Here

1st looks like her with 4 white feet - dark brown sable. She was born at 954am. She weighs 5-5/8oz 163g

Here is the gallery and it will be added to as they come.

Rain is attentive, cleaning and this first puppy is eating so well, you can hear her eating.

Second puppy born at 1032am is a boy, same colour as Rain. No blaze or cream feet. He weighs 6-6/8oz 181g/

Third pup is a boy. He was born at 1056am. 1paw with tip - looks like Rain, He weighs 6-2/8oz 197g

4th pup is a boy born at 1122am and weighs 5-7/8oz 167g

Here are the 4 - 3 boys 1 girl - 3 colour of mom - 1, I think black or will be darker than the rest. It needs to dry 1st.

It Will Be Today

Poor thing is vomiting. Won't take a duck treat and emptying her bowels so I am cleaning her. I have a couple of groomings to do today so may be interesting fitting them in.

Temps

Her temps went down to 98.1 - probably the lowest it will go and now it is 98.9, It does a distinct drop then goes back up. What does that mean? Usually amd everything is usual 12 to 24 hours till pups. I am hoping today but it may be in the wee hours. I have dogs to groom tomorrow so we shall see. It is not something we control.

I am so bummed about only Rain having pups that I am falling down on the job but won't after they arrive. 

She is still sitting at 100f in temps so maybe not yet. Stay tuned.

Still in 100s as of this morning. We are looking for 98f

According to the xray - there are 4 pups due anytime now.
