The picnic date took place on August 17, 2019 from 12pm to 5pm at Yvonne's place in Brighton. Check out the details here. Photos from the 2019 picnic can be found here. Yvonne's place is NEXT DOOR to her old place. I will try to put a havanese flag out front. Hope you can join us. Directions are here. The house # is 25. There is no picnic in 2020 due to COVID but hopefully in 2021. Stay Tuned!

Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid is a recognized National Pet First Aid Certificate course for dog and cat professionals and pet owners. Talemaker Havanese now has that certificate having taken and passed the course.

Lots of snow! We also got quite a bit, more than anticipated. So nice to see the dogs enjoy it, great photos. There is something about snow that makes our dogs so happy. Cooper was hopping like a rabbit through the snow. I wish us humans would like the snow as much ...well some do, not me :-)))
If thats Inula in the main photo is she playing 'yeti' and look at Tenshi's expression, great shots.

Farley's first time experiencing snow. Clarity enjoys it, but Farley LOVES it. He never barks to go out, but wouldn't stop last night. He was in and out at least five times and I had to go get him each time. I let them out once more around midnight ... BIG MISTAKE! It had warmed up and they both turned into marshmallow doggies. I had to rinse the packed snow off and blow dry them before we could go to bed.
Wonderful to have a dog love the snow. It's a riot to watch their enthusiasm. It makes me smile. Bet it does you too!
Trouble is getting back to herself. She's a tad different. Hard to explain.
Darlah, what awesome pictures! You captured all the fun the dogs are having with the snow! Tenshi looks like she was playing crazy! My nickname for her is the "Dragonette".
Tenshi plays her heart out. She has so much fun. It's good for the soul to play with pals every now and then - even for humans. <smile>
