Heat is on Its Way

Here is the gallery.

It has been a funny day. My coffee maker died. It was a 250 dollar unit and refused to allow the buttons to work. It is not new. But it wasn't cheap so no coffee today made me an unusual frustrated - going through withdrawel from caffein being. I so tried to get past it. So off we went to buy a cheap coffee maker - a 60 dollar this time and got it home. Dennis got it out of the box and broke the carafe. Replacement carafes cost 35 dollars. I set it up after Nathan got a replacement but no metal insert - have to use paper. Have to find a metal one on Amazon or something as Canadian Tire didn't have. Still no caffeine. I drink water. I am usually not moody but even the dogs were giving me massive licks as if to say - what is WRONG with you. |
We had dogs come - dogs go. I have to wake up early to groom as Buddy departs. Dennis has a dr. appointment for his asthma attacks which happen too frequently.

Dogs have been lounging or playing greatly. They say real serious heat is coming. Oh boy thank you to air conditioning. I can't imagine what that would be like. We are thankful.

It was actually a good day despite my coffee fiascos. You have to laugh about that!
